 docs(forgejo): quote the arguments to vault.get in the two help strings 
The same wording as in zitadel: `swamp model validate` only recognizes a quoted
vault expression and warns that an unquoted one is passed to the method
unchanged, so the help a person reads while writing a definition should not
teach the form that warns. No behaviour changes, and no version bump — the
manifest stays at 2026.09.29.2 until whoever next publishes @dataverket/forgejo
carries this along, because publishing it means recording an adversarial review
of that extension and this is a two-string documentation fix.

dataverket swamp extensions

swamp extensions published under the @dataverket collective. Each extension lives in its own directory with its own manifest, README, license and swamp repository marker, and is published independently:

Develop against a swamp repository by loading every extension from source:

swamp extension source add ~/kode/swamp-extensions/*

Publish one extension from its directory:

cd openstack && swamp extension push manifest.yaml --dry-run

The canonical repository is on the dataverket forge; this GitHub repository is a push mirror of it.
