Follow-up to #8. tools/, extensions/, workflows/, and the Makefile never ship in a release artifact, are protected paths a human reviews, and pin every dependency by version. A dependency there needs a one-line reason where it is declared and a code-map entry, not an ADR; the simplicity budget still applies.

  • Source-standards skill: the ADR list is scoped to product code, with the exemption stated.
  • ADR 0001 (yaml.v3) withdrawn; its reason moves to tools/go.mod. docs/decisions/ is empty again.
  • Protected paths changed: skills/, tools/. Human review required; no attestation tag, so validate-attestation fails by design.
