Supersedes #23, which carried the commit #22 had squashed. A one-off Backup per cluster (forgejo-postgres-first, zitadel-db-first): the ScheduledBackup immediate run fired mid-rollout at 21:05:49 UTC and failed, and the next scheduled ones are at 03:00 and 03:30. WAL archiving to hov1 has been live since 21:10 UTC (pg_stat_archiver on both primaries).

Models (decision 006): forgejo-pods, zitadel-pods, cnpg-system-pods (@swamp/kubernetes/pod, namespace-bound because exec and getLogs take no namespace input), forgejo-events and zitadel-events (@swamp/kubernetes/event), dataverket-prod-kustomizations (@ginger_pappa/flux/kustomization, reconcile with source). backup/README status line updated.
